Nitor was established by Margarita O’Malley, formerly Finance and Operations Partner of an international consultancy. Looking to use her energy and business acumen in an entrepreneurial venture, she started working in the recruitment sector in the city.
Finding that recruitment and search consultancy was her true niche, she decided to set up Nitor, to reflect her experience in finance and operations and focus on specific specialist areas of search. The other Nitor consultants have been handpicked to complement Margarita’s skill and experience in their own specialist areas.
